You’ll have access to the entire house with an air-conditioned lanai and a fenced-in backyard. You’ll enjoy the serenity of the backyard and pool in the evenings after a long day at the beach.

Want to go fishing on the bay? Enjoy private bay access in this subdivision! This is an excellent place to practice before heading to the pier.
Other things to note
You’ll find our beach town is very patriotic. You may even get the chance to hear the “sounds of freedom” during your stay. It’s not obtrusive, just a reminder that our military is at work to keep our country secure.

Smoking:
Absolutely zero smoking or vaping of anything on-premises. There is a minimum of $500 fine for doing so.

Pets:
We are a pet-friendly home and prefer pets less than 30 lbs, but we are willing to host larger pets with permission. We also ask that you do NOT allow pets on furniture. Please keep doggie-doo cleaned up at all times as we have a luxurious lawn and would like to keep it that way.

We do not allow more than 2 dogs at a time.

Unfortunately, because of insurance regulations, we are also not accepting guests with Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Wolf breeds, Bulldogs, or Rottweilers.

Please NEVER leave dogs unattended/uncrated in the house when you are away. Always take them with you or crate them. The garage or bathroom is not a crate. If you’d like to purchase a crate, you are welcome to leave it at the house when you leave. We’d be happy to buy it back from you until we have a large enough supply. :)

Hoa Notes: This is an HOA, and VERY safe neighborhood. Please be polite to full-time residents by being quiet and family-friendly. No smoking or loud music please. Be sure that your dog is not barking either as it is against HOA rules and could result in a fine.

Parking notes: There is room for guests to park 3 vehicles, one in the garage and two in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street in front of the home. For extra parking, we recommend using the Family Dollar parking lot which is located only 1 mile away.

Security camera details: A Security camera is installed in the front and back yard and records 24/7.
